After graduation from high school John enlisted in the Navy where he was exposed to many different people and cultures. It was during this time that John started focusing on bringing out the best in people. After leaving the service John went to college and received a degree in Marketing and soon after entered the professional work force in the Quick Serve industry. It was during those early years that he experienced team building seminars and a seminars on personal development. Over the last 25 years John has been a Restaurant, Area Manager and Regional Recruiter for major restaurants companies. He brings his experiences to the table when coaching.
