The Feeling Of Hate vs. Dislike
This morning I did a Facebook live talking about the feeling of Hate. You can find the video here.

The problem with hate
The problem with the felling of hate is that when we hate we drain the positive emotions out of ourselves to get to the state of hate. When we drain the positivity out, we can’t be at our best for the people that really mean the most to us.
Other people’s actions cause hate
Let’s face it we all have encountered people who have done wrong by us. They may have hurt our feelings, said bad things bout us, left a relationship, suddenly quit their job on us etc. All these things can stir up emotions with in us that causes anger. The problem is most of us don’t see these as just a “personality issue” or a “performance issue”. Because we are in a high state of anger, we tend to hate the person for their actions.
The remedy
The best thing to do when someone does us wrong is to be in control of your emotional state. Yes, be in control!!!
Think about it. What if you were at the grocery store and you looked over at apples in the fruit section. While you are going to get the last bag of apples you see someone a head of you grab the bag. You say to yourself “That @#$%^%$#, I can’t believe it.” Suddenly that person turns around and it’s your best friend from high school. Just like that your emotions change. You control your emotions……
So, what do we do? Its ok to dislike people for their actions but don’t hate them.
